Because these are delivered instantly — and EU/UK buyers waive the 14-day withdrawal right at checkout — these purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

That said: if something's wrong — charged in error, won't download, duplicate purchase, or you're genuinely unhappy — email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Coaching

Coaching engagements are governed by a separate signed service agreement, which will include any applicable cancellation and refund terms.
