The products

We sell digital products (downloadable worksheets, mini-courses, online courses) and coaching services. Prices are shown on the site in USD; any applicable taxes (e.g. EU/UK VAT on digital goods) are shown or added at checkout where required.

Purchase & delivery

On purchase you receive access to the digital product by email and/or your account, usually immediately. You're responsible for giving a correct email address.

Licence — what you may and may not do

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, republish, reproduce, or use the materials to train any AI or automated system. All content — text, exercises, designs, names, branding — remains our intellectual property.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers) & digital content

EU/UK consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. However, for digital content delivered immediately, you agree at checkout — by ticking the consent box — to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once download/access has begun. (US customers: no statutory withdrawal right applies; our Refund Policy governs.)

Coaching

Coaching engagements are governed by a separate signed service agreement provided at the time of booking.

Our products offer education and support for your writing practice. They are not a guarantee of any outcome and are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
